InterproScan detects a PAS_3 PFAM domain, which is known to bind a number of prosthetic groups, including haem and FAD. The following residues come from the consensus of at least four (five, actually) out of nine certain and high confidence hits (as labelled on the page with Bioserf results) mostly in complex with FAD or FMN: Trp21, Leu23, Ser27, Glu51, Asp52, Ala53, Phe55, Gln56, Arg57, Leu70, Asp71, Val74, Tyr84, Ile86, Leu96, Glu98, Asn100, Leu113, Trp114, Gly115 and Val117.

This represents a substantial proportion of the residues in the target, though they all colocalize in our manual 3d model. Maybe we could double-check this prediction with the conservation scores from David's tool?
